Go through your home with your Expert Realtor®. They should have a staging checklist. Write down all the possible repairs and staging you could do, but do not commit to do anything until you get estimates of doing each one of them. Look at your budget and determine your staging plan to complete your Room-by-Room Review. Combine this list with the your “defective items” from your Pre-Home Inspection report.
