Diane has studied and analyzed the specific needs of Empty Nesters and Move-Up Home Sellers when it comes time to start thinking about selling their home and moving on to the next stage of their life. After 18 years of specializing in listing homes, she wanted to make sure every Future Home Seller knew of the specific ways they needed to market, stage and price their homes different from their competition.
Now in the last 5 years, over 700 Future Home Sellers have attended Diane's Home Seminars. Based on over 18 years of selling real estate, her seminars are revolutionary and present top secret information about the real estate process, and the catastrophe that 95% of home sellers lose thousands of dollars when selling their home.
Diane has an MBA in Marketing from Temple University and a BS in Marketing from Penn State University. She is the Owner/President and an Associate Broker of CARDANO, REALTORS® located in Abington, PA. She holds many high level certifications such as a CRS, GRI, and ASP.
Her over 1,900 transactions and satisfied customers ensure that over 90% of her clients today come from referral and repeat clients. She has been a local resident of Montgomery County for 50 years, and learned the real estate business from her father, Jim Cardano, Sr a real estate Broker & Custom Home Builder. Diane was touring people through her father's sample homes when she was 5 years old, so Diane can say "I have been in real estate for 46 years!" Diane also spends some of her busy days working with her Brother Jim Cardano, Jr selling his new construction, Custom Built homes.

Diane spent 30 years as an Abington resident and attended Ancillae Academy, Abington High School, Penn State University and then off to Temple for her MBA. Diane now resides in Flourtown, Whitemarsh Township, with her husband and partner Stan Casacio, who is an established Real Estate Investment Broker, Developer and Appraiser in Montgomery and Philadelphia counties.
Diane was drawn back to Abington in 2008 when Diane & her husband Stan built a beautiful office building at 1021 Old York Road, across from the Abington Library and she opened up her own real estate company, CARDANO, Realtors
Diane oversees the Team, consults with Buyers & Sellers, negotiates agreements, determines market value of properties, stages homes to sell, creates the strategic marketing for each client, handles all referrals, and attends Mastery trainings. She loves to play Golf (6 handicap), Work Out, Spinning, Meditate, Water Ski, Sky Ski, Snow Ski, Snowboard, the Beach (Hawaii is her favorite), Visiting cousins in Italy and Traveling to fun new places. Diane also brings to the table her every day morning rituals, her integrity, her passion, competitiveness, persistence and drive to give 110% of herself in everything she does! A true one-of-a-kind!

Stan Casaciois Diane’s Husband & Her Biggest Raving Fan! He assists Diane and the Team in negotiating, mediating and consulting. He is a real estate Broker and has over 44 years experience. He specializes in Commercial Real Estate and negotiates leases, develops commercial properties, creates appraisals and manages several properties for his family’s company. Stan likes to do everything Diane likes to do. He has a 9 handicap in Golf and constantly begs Diane to give him more strokes!
Bob Cardano, Jr. (ext. 101) is our Marketing Specialist. He assists the Team in all Marketing campaigns for home sellers. Bobby has been working on the Team for 8 years and is a Penn State graduate. His interests are Philly sports, working out and spending time with friends and family.
Jennifer Jenkins (ext. 116) is our Listing Coordinator. She services our Seller clients, focusing on increasing their net equity when selling their home. She also helps grow the company, sharing our “Raving Fan” business philosophy.
David Geerders (ext. 112) is our Director of Celebrations And Client Care Coordinator and a diligent Team Player. He takes care of all the many details involved during the real estate process once an agreement of sale is accepted. He coordinates the entire process from agreement of sale to Celebration Day and ensures a smooth landing and a check deposited into our client's account. Her efforts ensure that our Buyers and Sellers experience a “Celebration Day” - not just a Settlement!
